ROASTBEEF WITH THYME BLOCK

Roastbeef meats are laid in salt and spice mixture after cleaning from their nerve and fats and rested for seven days. Then they are cooked in special ovens by smoking. The external part of the product which is cooled and rested are covered with thyme and dried. They are packed by vacuuming.
