It’s cut from the end of front and back shanks. In each vacuumed packages, there is 1 beef shank (3-4,5 kg). Average weight of a parcel or a plastic case is 15-20 kg. Storage Conditions: For vacuumed packages: 0°C - +4°C, storage duration:10-15 days; 12 months at -18°C.
