It includes 12th and 13th ribs and a part of diaphragm. In each vacuumed packages, there is 1 beef flank (5-8 kg). Average weight of a parcel or a plastic case is 15-20 kg. Storage Conditions: For vacuumed packages: 0°C - +4°C, storage duration:10-15 days; 12 months at -18°C.
