Vocational High-School is A Matter of State


As Namet, we have been the leading meat producer of Turkey for 4 generations thanks to our professional management conception, which we transfer from generation to generation with passion and shape with a trailblazing vision. Today, we are proud to be the fastest-growing company among Turkey's 500 industrial giants.

Blending our sectoral professionalism with our goal to "be always better" and making an important step in a responsible manner, we have led the field and signed "Occupational and Technical Collaboration Protocol" in November 2018 with the Ministry of National Education.
 

With this project, we aim to create social awareness and increase employment in our country.

With the maxim "Vocational High-School is A Matter of State", we offer all our knowledge and equipment to educate students with the help of our experts and technological infrastructure to bring quality labor force to the sector. We see this as a part and parcel of our social responsibility.

We provide internship opportunities to 12th-grade students in vocational high-schools that we support and build the blocks of their professional knowledge and development.


In addition to these internship opportunities, we prepare 11th-grade students for internship training with the help of our expert staff's sectoral experiences and professional knowledge. Our staff joins in the classes and hand down their knowledge and experiences.

With the help of educational support scholarship for our successful students, we motivate them in their occupational and cultural developments.


 

Our biggest wish is to increase the number of students whom we support year by year while aiming to bear the fruit of this project in the next years; and we will have a source of pride to bring "wanted personnel" not intermediate staff to the sector.
